The temperature effect on the elements’ transfer from the commercial silicon fusions in helium under low interelectrode current

The effect of different factors on the interelectrode elements’ transfer from commercial silicon fusions in helium has been studied. The interelectrode transfer of Fe, Ti, Ca, Al, B has been defined according to the composition change of samples, simultaneously fused under and without the electric field. The effect of temperature, the electric field intensity, and passed electricity on the formation and transfer of multi-atom ions has been considered.
