Nonergodicity of microfine binary systems

ABSTRACT:

 The addition to the equation of state that occurs due to nonergodicity of diffusion dynamics was discussed for a binary solution with limited solubility of the components . It was suggested that this correction described in terms of mean microfine local fluctuations of chemical potential has to be accounted as a thermodynamic parameter. It was observed that small correction corresponds to  lowering of the miscibility cupola, while the large causes bifurcation of it.  the application of the theory to the eutectic systems, an to the Ga–Pb, Fe–Cu and Cu–Zr binary alloys was also studied.
