Electrical conductivity of low-temperature melts in the system NaCl- KCl- ZrCl4

ABSTRACT:

For the first time the electrical conductivity of the NaCl-KCl (8:29 molar)-ZrCl4 molten mixtures depending on the ZrCl4 concentration (54.3-75.2 mol. %) and temperature (in the range from 300 to 540 °C) was measured in the individually designed cells.
