Stability, dynamics of atoms, and thermic destruction of the interface structure of metals with graphene

In the present article the analysis of  thermoactivated relaxation processes, diffusion, and formation of the metal/ graphene interphace structures (Me: Cu, Ru), its disordering and destruction  as the analogue of melting in low dimension systems at heating was carried out.This analysis was based on the results of the molecular-dynamic modelling carried out with applying multiparticle potentials.
