Investigation of the absolute thermo-EMF of the transit metals in solid and liquid phases on the base of acoustic data

For the first time the polytherms of the absolute thermo-EMF for platinum, iridium, rhodium in solid and liquid phases were obtained on the base of the acoustic data. The thermo-EMF jump at the melting temperature was determined. The formula which explains the absolute thermo-EMF growth with the temperature rise was justified.
