The paper describes the experimentally fixed effect of grinding and further coagulation of powder particles and aluminides formed at low-frequency processing of aluminium composite melts. The new insight on the mechanism of original particles chipping to a limiting size of several micrometers and their following association into the conglomerates and mathematical description are presented.
